The Operational Workflow

Create an Operation
The operation is initiated in the system.
Initial Weighing
An agent performs the initial weighing and approves the data to get a token number.
Loading / Unloading
The agent fills in the loading or unloading description and submits it for validation.
Generate a Gate Pass
A "Gate Pass" is generated after approval. If it's a container, it's sealed before printing the "Gate Pass".
Final Weighing and Exit
The driver presents the "Gate Pass" for the final weighing and the information is validated at the exit.
Automatic Saving and Sending
At the end of the operation, the MIS department verifies and saves the documents in a well-organized OneDrive folder, which is accessible only to authorized personnel.
